Often times I question what it is I am consuming. Why the food I eat affects me the way it does and what I could be doing to feel and function better, for my body to run at 100%.
I’d like the same things for my fiance and more-so for our rapidly growing daughter. I try to interpret everything as I can and question that which I don’t understand.
Here are some sites that I visit regularly to make sure that I am at the top of my game and that we are doing everything in our power to be as healthy as possible.
For those of you who are minimalist, this is an area that many don’t think to work on. Eating real foods minimizes the stresses of cooking, shopping and the illnesses that are associated with poor eating habits.
