Something that I’ve been slowly striving toward is reducing screen time. In many studies, it has shown to impair brain function. Large amounts of screen time has also shown to increase appetite and risks of obesity.
Reducing screen time will open more time to spend with my family and more time to do things that we enjoy. For these reasons and others of my own, I have decided to reduce my screen time to just the amount of time to type this post.
